  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries regarding our products, services, and order status with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide customers through the selection and customization process, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our CRM system to track and follow up on inquiries.
Qualifications:
