CFD is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Specialist to support our growing online operations by managing listings, resolving product issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple ecommerce platforms.
This is a great opportunity for someone with Amazon listing experience who enjoys problem solving, working independently, and supporting fast-paced ecommerce operations.
Monday through Friday (9am-5pm)
Salary starting at $55,000+ based on experience

CFD is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters supporting ecommerce and direct fulfillment operations nationwide. As our online presence continues to expand, we are looking for motivated individuals to help maintain and improve our ecommerce marketplace performance.
The E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing product listings, identifying and resolving listing issues, auditing product content, and supporting marketplace operations across multiple platforms.
*Amazon Vendor Central experience is required for this role*
Primary focus will be Amazon, with additional support for platforms such as Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.
Manage and maintain Amazon product listings on a daily basis
Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and product errors
Communicate with Amazon support and marketplace support teams
Monitor listing health, content quality, and overall performance
Ensure pricing, product data, and listing content remain accurate and updated
Support additional ecommerce marketplaces including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain consistency across all sales channels
Amazon Vendor Central experience required*
Previous ecommerce, marketplace, or listing management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and identify listing or product issues quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Shopify, or eBay is a plus
