Our location and climate allow us to produce premium alfalfa and grass hay for a wide range of agricultural needs, including dairy, horse, beef, and specialty livestock. Our mission is to grow, package, and deliver the highest grade of hay possible while maintaining strong customer relationships.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys staying organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting both internal teams and customer communication.
Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and internal communications
Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordination of meetings or deliveries
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document organization
Support customer service efforts by providing timely and professional responses
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic tracking documents
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Monday–Friday with some flexibility
Occasional availability during peak agricultural seasons
$18 – $23/hr (based on experience)
