Overview
Registered Nurse – Dialysis, traveling assignment in Burlington, Vermont. Start date: 04/06/2026 for a 4-week engagement with a weekly pay range of $2,353 to $2,456. Shift is 5x8 Days. Setting: outpatient dialysis within a hospital environment. This travel RN role requires flexibility for shifts and cross-location coverage; no guaranteed hours. License on file at submission; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to ESRD patients undergoing outpatient dialysis treatments, maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and machine performance throughout dialysis sessions; respond to alarms and troubleshoot as needed
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered; manage catheter and access care per protocol
- Assess patients before, during, and after treatments; document findings and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR within the past 2 years
- Collaborate with the nephrology team, technicians, and other disciplines; participate in care coordination and patient education
- Float to additional unit locations as needed; comply with hospital policies, infection control practices, and safety guidelines
- Respect weekend and Saturday coverage requirements; no on-call responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license on file with the state of Vermont at time of submission
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work 8-, 9-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts as needed; flexible scheduling
- Demonstrated safe practice in ESRD patient care and dialysis procedures
