Salary: $101,000 - 141,000 per year Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Ubuntu/Linux system administration
• Hands-on experience with LAMP stack environments
• Proficient in MySQL/MariaDB management and PHP troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
• Familiar with telecommunications concepts such as HSS/HLR, OTA, ENUM, IMSI/MSISDN
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on documentation and effective communication
• Preferred:
• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with Docker, configuration management, and monitoring tools
• Understanding of telecom protocols including Diameter, SIP, RADIUS, and SMPP
• Scripting skills in Python or Perl, along with knowledge of CI/CD and security best practices

• Oversee and monitor production Ubuntu servers and critical telecommunications services
• Conduct daily health assessments on LAMP stack components
• Assess the availability of HSS, manage OTA provisioning workflows, and oversee ENUM services
• Analyze system and application logs, alerts, and security incidents
• Maintain tracking of system uptime, backups, and service availability metrics
• Manage Ubuntu LTS environments through administration tasks
• Implement system updates, security patches, and administer package management
• Configure and sustain Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, SSL certificates, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot performance issues and manage resource usage during service failures
• Execute routine maintenance procedures such as log rotation and cleanup
• Diagnose and resolve PHP application and LAMP stack complications
• Adjust configurations based on PHP error log reviews
• Support PHP application upgrades, deployments, and manage dependencies
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application defects
• Assist in subscriber provisioning and authentication for HSS
• Maintain and update OTA platforms for SIM configuration
• Manage ENUM databases for the effective routing of numbers
• Provide support related to IMS services including VoLTE and VoWiFi
• Troubleshoot issues regarding provisioning, authentication, and carrier integration
• Oversee MySQL/MariaDB databases, ensuring backups and recovery
• Optimize queries and manage replication for performance improvement
• Validate data and generate operational and billing reports
• Respond promptly to production incidents and outages
• Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions carefully
• Maintain documentation on system operations, configurations, and runbooks
• Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance activities
