EZ FILE NOW is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing team as Remote Tax Preparers. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for entry-level candidates who want to build long-term income, gain financial industry experience, and eventually grow into owning and managing a full tax office.

As a Remote Tax Preparer, you will assist clients with tax preparation, document collection, and customer support using industry-leading tax software and virtual systems. No prior tax experience is required — we provide training and guidance to help you succeed.

All preparers receive onboarding and tax preparation training through EZ FILE NOW systems and educational platforms. Training includes tax law basics, software navigation, compliance procedures, and client workflow management.
Preparers are also guided through onboarding requirements including PTIN registration, compliance documents, and IRS training modules.
