Summer Internship (Account Services/ CM & Content Creation)

Moosylvania is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team for a summer internship program. This opportunity is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in either Account Services/ Community Management or Content Creation , with exposure to real client work and cross-functional collaboration.

Interns will support key initiatives across client portfolios while developing foundational skills in marketing, advertising, and digital strategy.

Position Overview

This internship offers two primary areas of focus:

Account Services — supporting client management, project coordination, execution, and community management

Content Creation — supporting content development, copywriting, and digital storytelling. Candidates may express interest in one or both areas based on their skills and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Services/ Community Management Intern

  • Support Account Executives in managing client relationships and day-to-day communications
  • Assist in developing project briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and track action items
  • Conduct research and support campaign reporting and analysis
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and status updates
  • Support community management efforts, including monitoring and responding to social interactions as needed

Content Creator Intern

  • Contribute to brainstorming and development of social and digital content
  • Draft and refine written content for social media, campaigns, and editorial calendars
  • Assist in planning and maintaining content schedules
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to execute content
  • Develop multiple versions of content for testing and optimization
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights for content improvement

Qualifications

Previous internship or agency experience is not required. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate curiosity, accountability, and a strong desire to learn.
