As a key member of the Field & Events team, you will manage Ramp’s most high-impact proprietary events, including our flagship customer conference, bespoke executive experiences, and other thought leadership activities designed to elevate the Ramp brand.
You will partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and the Executive team to shape programming that drives customer engagement, deepens partner relationships, and generates pipeline and brand momentum. Responsibilities include end to end execution from ideation and audience curation to content development, vendor oversight, internal/external communications strategy, staffing, and budget management.
This is a high-visibility role that requires a strong operator and strategic thinker. You’ll play a central role in shaping how the Ramp brand shows up in-market, cultivating meaningful moments that influence the entire customer journey and business trajectory.
Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for Ramp’s proprietary events, including our annual customer conference, executive programs, and bespoke brand experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define event goals, shape content, drive attendance, and ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and product.
Manage all aspects of event production — from venue sourcing and vendor management to budget oversight, run-of-show planning, and onsite execution.
Measure performance across pipeline impact, attendee engagement, and brand outcomes; share results and recommendations with executive stakeholders.
Build scalable processes and systems to streamline planning, ensure high-quality execution, and support the future growth of Ramp’s strategic events program.
Collaborate with Finance on budget, pipeline, and resource forecasting.
2+ years experience in Tech, B2B, and/or Finance-adjacent event marketing experience, specifically in corporate marketing or strategic events
Expertise in field or event marketing
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional event management, project management, budget management, and reporting experience
Self-starter with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Ability to make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Ability to travel multiple times per quarter
Event marketing experience for Finance or FinTech
Production agency experience
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $96,000 - $176,750.
For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $86,400 - $159,050.
