Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead platform administration, including instance management, upgrades, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health and stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs such as REST and SOAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, incidents, and problems within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and platform configurations.
