Acon is looking for a Social Media Marketing Professional

Acon is now looking for a Social Media Marketing Professional to engage with our online community and to plan and execute the Social Media Marketing Strategy from start to finish. The Social Media Marketing position includes developing and executing the social media strategy to raise brand recognition, engage with followers, and drive traffic to Acon’s website. Main responsibilities include creating captivating, brand-driven visual and written content and communicating with our community via social media. Skills in multi-platform content creation and the ability to produce graphic materials, photos, and videos are of key importance in this position. Your role would also include building influencer relationships and developing and executing the influencer marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing Social Media Strategies
  • Planning and creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LI, YouTube), including writing and editing social media deliverables, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Communicating and engaging with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner and customer service-related communication
  • Following and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, campaign performance, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies: Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with relevant influencers. You will onboard influencers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate content that aligns with our brand message
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Attending live events with brand activations and to capture the trampoline fun to social media and engage with the community
  • Other eCommerce-supporting tasks

You are and have

  • You preferably have 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related area or equivalent experience in the social media field
  • Experience in Social Media Platforms including FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LI and their performance metrics and analytics
  • Fluent communicator (written and spoken) in English
  • What it takes to produce graphic materials, photos, and videos from concepts to creatives
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box – you turn your ideas into content and visual assets and make sure everything looks and feels on-brand
  • Not afraid to jump in front of the camera if needed
  • You are independent, self-motivated, and can manage your work so deadlines are met. You are able to define your own workflow in cooperation with the remotely working multicultural team
  • You have a positive attitude and are willing to provide a helping hand
  • eCommerce understanding is a plus

Job location and working hours

This role is part of Acon’s Global Sales & Marketing team. We’re looking for someone based in Finland or USA who’s excited to collaborate internationally and open to occasional travel.

This position is full time 37.5 hrs/week and may require a few work hours every now and then during the evenings or weekends in order to engage with our US market customers.
