Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Automate business processes using ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency
• Develop scoped applications to support Aeronautics Sustainment initiatives
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Build and manage forms, tables, and data models within ServiceNow
• Utilize Flow Designer to create and enhance automated workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using data sources, import sets, and APIs
• Develop and maintain integrations with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide demos, and incorporate feedback
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
