CPR-Cell Phone Repair (formerly NH iPhone Repair) is looking for a full-time Sales Rep & Repair Tech to join our Saugus team. We’re one of New England's most trusted names in mobile device repair—with a team that actually sticks around, supports each other, and takes pride in what we do.

Position: Sales Representative & Repair Technician

Location: Saugus, MA

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet walk-in customers and assess their needs
• Educate customers on repair options, pricing, accessories, and upgrades
• Upsell products like screen protectors, cases, and refurbished devices
• Build rapport and make every customer feel confident in their repair or purchase

Device Repair & Diagnostics:

• Diagnose and complete repairs on phones, tablets, and more (training provided)
• Handle everything from screen replacements and battery swaps to more advanced fixes
• Test all devices for quality control before and after repair
• Stay up to date on the latest tech and repair tools

Daily Operations:

• Help manage inventory, restock parts, and keep the store looking sharp
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to help customers get booked in
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and maintain a smooth workflow

• Customer-focused mindset : Friendly, clear communicator, and solution-oriented
• Sales experience : Retail or service sales is a plus, but not required
• Tech interest : You don’t need repair experience—but curiosity and willingness to learn is a must
• Team player : You’re dependable, upbeat, and want to grow with the crew

Schedule

• Full-time: 36–42 hours/week

Compensation

• Base hourly pay
• Commission on repairs, accessories, and device sales
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Paid time off + Health and dental insurance
