Entry Level / Trainee Program

• 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
• Full pay during training weeks
• $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck
• Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations
• Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21+, 120+ hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history

Experienced Drivers

• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week
• Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
• Home every two weeks
• Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight

Driver Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• 6+ months experience (or enrollment as trainee)

Program Overview

During training, mentors provide hands-on instruction on safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. By the end of the program, drivers are fully prepared to run solo regional routes with confidence.
