FT/PT $3.00 pay differential ($24/hr.) from Friday 5pm - Sunday 10pm!
Days/Shifts Needed: 12pm-10pm Sunday through Wednesday and 12pm-10pm Wednesday through Saturday.
The Autism/IDD Unit Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing individualized behavior support programming, collecting data, graphing client progress, and maintaining the safety and security of children residing on the Autism/IDD unit.
Autism/IDD Unit RBTs will participate in weekly and/or monthly program trainings and meetings regarding individualized child programming, ASD specific instructional techniques, and all staff program meetings.
All responsibilities and job functions will be conducted under the supervision of the Autism/IDD Unit Behavior Analyst.

This position does not hold supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE ABILITY
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, record keeping and written communication skills. The employee must have the ability to express or exchange ideas by means of written and verbal communication with both internal and external entities. The employee must have the ability to convey and receive detailed information or important instructions to and from various sources. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COGNITIVE DEMANDS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry specific software, industry specific systems and other web-based software programs, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. Must also be able to jump, run, squat and bend over, and successfully participate in crisis intervention training. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular vision abilities, including computer work.
