Program & Project Management applies general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process. This job family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements. Program & Project Management manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. This job family also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
Job Summary
The Program Manager of Program Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple initiatives. They work within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
This role will primarily be responsible for implementation of projects within Operations group, support network expansion, automation upgrades, process standardization.
Responsibilities:
Manages large and complex programs and projects. Some of them include day to day project management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication management, stakeholder management, etc.
Develops Programs and Projects business cases, project charters, project plans, project templates and procedures
Actively participates in strategy development and program prioritization.
Mentors and coaches junior and entry level project managers
Communicates and coordinates cross functionally to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
25% travel based on business/project needs
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
