Job Title: Product Owner

Skills :
Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise intranet replacement, owning backlog prioritization and day-to-day delivery decisions.
Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Master, development team, IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Security, and implementation partners.
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable deliverables, while managing dependencies and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
Own and continuously refine the product backlog, serving as the single source of truth for scope and prioritization.
Convert business strategy and governance requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in PI Planning, sprint reviews, product demos, and UAT activities.
Balance stakeholder priorities while ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in enterprise environments.
Proven track record delivering intranets, employee portals, or digital employee experiences.
Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks, including backlog management and delivery execution.
Strong ability to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated success making informed delivery decisions in complex, cross-functional environments.
Active Agile and SAFe certifications (required).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro or similar platforms.
Knowledge of AI-driven capabilities within ServiceNow.
Background in content governance, taxonomy, navigation, and enterprise search.
Experience with large-scale content or platform migration initiatives.
Prior engagement with system integrators.
