Pediatrician

Salary and Benefits
  • Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
  • 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)
  • CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
  • 10–11 paid holidays annually
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
  • 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
  • DEA and license reimbursement
  • NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
  • Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
Responsibilities
  • 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
  • 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute care management
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions from newborns through young adults
  • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth, and development
  • Mentor and support early-career providers if desired
Requirements
  • Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Strong commitment to community-based primary care
