Office of Tribunal - Administrative adjunct/Notary

Diocese of Peoria — Office of Tribunal

The Catholic Diocese of Peoria – Office of Tribunal located in the Spalding Pastoral Center is recruiting a Full-time Administrative adjunct/Notary . This individual provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and carries out administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing, copying, organizing documents and communicating with written and verbal expertise.
Proven expertise and practice of Microsoft Office, excellent organization, attention to details, problem solving, time management, and capability to multi-task and prioritize work are required expertise.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) speech and expertise of annulment process are advantages.
