Position Details – Office Coordinator
The office coordinator is a pivotal role, who provides exceptional customer service with their welcoming and friendly demeanor that leaves a lasting impression on clients and guests. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for greeting guest, facilitating client appointment and meeting room coordination whilst applying a concierge-style service. They are responsible for managing all aspects of front-office operation
and providing support to internal team.
