What You’ll Own

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and design learning solutions aligned to business priorities
• Build and deliver blended learning experiences that support merchant capability, process adoption, and evolving ways of working
• Facilitate engaging workshops, learning sessions, and enablement experiences that drive application and behavior change
• Translate complex platforms, systems workflows, and product allocation strategies into practical, scalable learning content
• Leverage AI and modern L&D technologies to improve speed, personalization, and learning effectiveness
• Use learner data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously refine programs and measure impact
• Stay current on emerging learning trends, technologies, and design methodologies
• Support administration and optimization of the Learning Management System

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Proven experience designing business-aligned learning solutions within complex or matrixed organizations
• Strong needs assessment and performance consulting capabilities
• Experience translating business problems into scalable learning and workflow solutions
• Strong facilitation presence with the ability to influence leaders and enable subject matter experts
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design
• Strong interest in AI, learning technology, and modern enablement tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with authoring and visual design tools such as Articulate or Canva is a plus
• Retail, merchandising, or merchant enablement experience strongly preferred
