What You’ll Do

As a Haul Truck Driver, you’ll operate powerful 40-ton Volvo dump trucks and water trucks to help maintain air quality and site cleanliness. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating 40-ton Volvo dump trucks and water trucks
• Suppressing dust and maintaining air quality
• Safely unloading dirt, sand, and gravel
• Performing routine equipment maintenance
• Following all safety protocols on-site

What You Bring

We’re looking for experienced, safety-conscious drivers with:

• Experience operating dump trucks, water trucks, and haul trucks
• Familiarity with construction or quarry environments
• Skills in heavy equipment operation and general labor
• Bonus: Experience with articulated and off-road dump trucks

Work Environment

• Location: Plant Bowen (Southern Company/Georgia Power)
• Schedule:4 days on / 4 days off (10–12 hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• PPE Provided: Hardhat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses
• What You Bring: Long pants, sleeved shirt, lace-up steel-toed boots

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cartersville, GA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
