A growing supply chain and logistics operation in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join the team. This role is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to move, locate, stack, and track products throughout the facility while supporting efficient daily operations

Forklift/Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Operate powered industrial equipment such as sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Accurately pick, put away, and replenish inventory using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Forklift/Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment required (forklift, reach truck, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good work history
