Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Manufacturing (confidential)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role partners closely with the CEO and ownership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, organic growth , and M&A initiatives . Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing experience and proven success in negotiation, acquisitions, and scalable growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance
• Drive organic growth through margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy
• Lead M&A activities , including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
• Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
• Manufacturing background in automotive, aerospace, or medical industries preferred
• Mandatory proven experience in M&A  negotiation , due diligence, and growth strategy
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
