Architectural Project Designer – Growth-Focused Role

A well-established and design-driven architecture practice is seeking a motivated Architectural Project Designer to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to impactful commercial and mixed-use projects. Experience with structured parking facilities is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all phases of design – concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents
• Develop creative design solutions for commercial and mixed-use projects
• Produce renderings, models, and presentations to communicate design intent
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
• Support construction administration efforts and coordinate with project leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 4+ years of relevant project design experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Actively pursuing licensure / AXP preferred
